A Word of Welcome from the President

Dear Student,

I welcome you wholeheartedly to the Trinity College of Bible and Technology where our slogan is, “Equipping Servant-Leaders for the 21st Century and Beyond.” We believe Christian ministry is both a vocation and a profession.  It is a vocation because you are called by Jesus to serve, but, as Paul put it in Ephesians 4:12, although Christ gave the various ministries, he intended them “to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.”  Since you were called to equip the body of Christ, we want to equip you for that task.

John Dewey was quoted as saying, “If we teach today’s students as we taught yesterday’s, we rob them of tomorrow.”  The same can be said of Christian ministers, that if we train today’s ministers as we did yesterday’s, we are robbing them of tomorrow. We live in an age of information and technology.  There is no reason why Christian ministers should not be in a position to use technology to the glory of God. The creativity of people reflect the image of God who is constantly in the process of recreating and sustaining the world.  Satan wants to hijack the innovative expressions of God’s people by using these beautiful inventions for his purpose.  We reject any attempt by the Devil to use these technological innovations for his purpose.  We offer training to give you the knowledge, skills, and abilities to acquire biblical preparation while receiving technological training to understand and utilize technology as you minister and propagate the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

At Trinity College of Bible and Technology, we begin with certificate and diploma programs while working to advance to the bachelor degree level.  We invite you to consider our courses.  When you complete any level, you will be equipped to use information technology with its numerous apps and platforms to become servant-leaders and serve Jesus more effectively.

We offer a hybrid program that is both online and on-campus.  If you want to be a minister who is relevant, we ask you to consider our programs.  We welcome you and look forward to working with you as you increase your knowledge and advance your skills.

Yours very truly,

Rev. Levi C. Williams, ThD, EdD (Cand.)
